Jesus Unconstitutional?

First of all, I am tired of buzz words like "pluralistic" and "inclusive".  These are words that have been invented and propigated by some pencil pushing geek, law school grad-therefore smart, never-held-a-real-job-in-his/her-life and spewing it forth to show how smart they are.  You need to read this article to see how the Anti Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) has fought to keep a town's government from invoking the name of Jesus before their meetings.  Yes, the federal judges ruled that the name of Jesus was unconstitutional.  I bet they wouldn't dream of ruling the name "allah" unconstitutional.  Or how about "buddah"?  "vishnu", "gaia"?  What about "satan"?  I'll bet the last name mentioned is having a blast with all this.

No Cash For Selling Stuff?

The great state of Louisianna has implemented a law, recently that makes it illegal to collect cash at your yard sale.  I do not live in LA. yet this hacks me off.  Is this a sign of things to come?  Can we all look forward to a cashless society?  Is this part of biblical prophecy?  I know one thing, the government, for quite some time now, has been struggling with the idea of honest folks making extra money under the table.  They can't seem to find a way to tax it, so they just make it illegal.  Is it time for civil disobedience?  Read more here...

Is Keeping A Safe Deposit Box Safe?

Subpeona Coming To Holder Soon

Good.  Eric Holder is coming under greater scrutiny over the Fast and Furious failure.  It is apparent that Holder gave some misleading and skewed information at his last appearance to testify (Ya think?) But things are shaping up to get ugly for Mr. Holder and, perhaps, the Justice Department.  There are even allegations that the plan was originally hatch by Hillary Clinton (another surprise).  Is there anything legal about this government?  Read more here...

Federal Judge Upholds The Constitution

They say that the rights  you don't use are the ones you lose.  I'm glad this gentleman stood up for his.  A county sherrif denied a CCW permit to a man because of his political leanings-the gentleman sued and won.  Kudos to the federal judge!  Use the link to read more.
