The U.S. Supreme Catastrophy
Thank you Judge Roberts who calls the mandate in Obamacare that compels citizens to buy health insurance constitutional on the basis of it being a tax, not a forced purchase. Taxation falls under the authority of congress, therefore it is legal. Secession anyone? Read more...

Isn't it pathetic how just by using a different wording (i.e. "tax") it suddenly makes it alright?
It saddens, though doesn't surprise me that this is how the SCOTUS voted. And what really saddens me is the cries of joy from the ignorant / delusional masses.
